Michal has completed his third year studying Computer Information System at Mount Royal University. His fascination with computers started in his youth, ignited by playing video games and a curiosity about their inner workings. A coding class in high school reignited his passion for computers and information technology. Now, as Michal approaches the end of his university studies, he is eager to embark on a full-time career in a field he is passionate about.

Michal is presently employed at Nutrien, where he is in the midst of a 16-month CO-OP,
initially focusing on Quality Assurance (QA) before transitioning to take charge of IT employee onboarding as a project manager.
Prior to this, Michal gained experience at United Farmers of Alberta as an IT Infrastructure Intern. During his term there,
he traveled to various UFA sites across Alberta to install Starlink, as well as to implement new systems and upgrades to the existing infrastructure.

Michal co-owns CG Tech and Design, a company that aims to deliver premium software solutions to businesses across various scales.
Chek - Productivity App
Michal has contributed to the development of Chek, a productivity app by CG Tech and Design for iOS. This application is crafted for individuals seeking to streamline their life with an app that is both simple and effective.
Bio
2000 - Born in Oswiecim, Poland.
2008 - Picked up hockey.
2015 - Moved from Poland to Canada.
2017 - Played in World Junior Hockey Championship for Team Poland in Division 1 Group B.
2019 to present - Started Bachelor of Computer Information System at Mount Royal University.
2022 - Completed his first 8 month internship at United Farmers of Alberta.
2023 - Started his 16 month internship at Nutrien.

My initial struggles in my web class only pushed me forward and motivated me to self-teach myself so that I can succeed next semester. This is what led me to challenge myself to create this portfolio website from scratch.
